Since I found out that I was pregnant I have been on the hunt for vintage inspired baby clothes. If you know me you know that I love anything from the 1940’s-1960’s. I couldn’t have been more excited when my mom and sister found the children’s clothing store Janie and Jack while on vacation in Arizona. There clothing stores are only in the United States, but they ship internationally, so even if you don’t live in the US you can still order all of their merchandise online.
Janie and Jack carry high quality and classic style clothing for ages newborn to size 8. Even Suri Cruise is often seen sporting their outfits. Their clothing collections are released in a style line. Each line is given a name. For instance, they recently released “Holiday Rose” for girls and “Tattersall Train” for boys. Both lines have a cohesive colour scheme and theme and include several shirts, pants/shirts, hats, belts and accessories. All off the pieces in the line are interchangeable and can be mixed and matched with one another. What I love about their clothes is that the boys outfits are just as cute as the girls – something I rarely find at most children’s clothing stores.
I can hardly wait to find out if I am having a boy or girl so I can start buying some of their gorgeous outfits!
